At the crux of the worlds
In the Andean range
Risen up from the depths to the pinnacle
Under Amazonian rain
Face the forces of death
Batten down the graves
Feel the wash of moonglow on your eye
Chant the words, it’s the dawning of an age
No earthbound sight
Serpent of Light at the summit of the gods
Lo, the sound of heathen laughter
Serpent of Light will mean something to you
As daybreak sears the wilderness
Step out of the shade
Rider of the open realms
The herald, the Champion of our Doom…
…No time eye
The serpent unwinds into dizzying heights
No wind can catch her
Serpent of Light as she gazes at you

A vicious slab of Teutonic tinged blackened thrash metal that celebrates all things loud, evil, and alcoholic in excess. Unholy Sepulchre is the ultimate soundtrack to your next heavy metal party! Posers beware! Jason French
The band's debut is full of whiskey-burned growls and maniacal high shrieks, not surprising for a group of Detroit metal vets. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 22, 2016

Black Arts & Alchemy is the definition of a PERFECT EP! Every single song stands for it's own and could be single releases, if they wanted to be. It's a ripper (pun intended) and shows how absolutely brilliant of a musician and composer James McBain has become. A flawless blend of speed, blackened themes and catchy riffs/choruses. This will remain in my Top 3 favorite EPs of all time and it will be near impossible to dethrone it. poutineslayer
